I think if the Gods want to talk to us they will use whatever they want. They will use a Ouija board, a rainbow or whatever it is that will get your attention so that you will hear the message you need to hear. Now for the most part I think the Ouija board taps into our inner thoughts or into spirits but a lot depends on the person using it. Those with the talent for tapping into the spirits can do so but most will just get their inner subconscious thoughts.

That sounds about right for a Ouija Board. I admit I don't use it often. I prefer to use Tarot but each person has their own.

My favorite deck is the rose tarot which I actually got from a Nurse at the Indian Hospital when I was working there. In return, I gave her the Native American deck, which never worked for me. years later, I married my husband who happened to have the Native American Deck, in his possession (he likes tarot as well-and gave itto me as a gift for something else) So, I have had that deck forever, and still have yet to understand it. I am guessing when I die, it will goto someone special.

the only mind it will read is your own.
it's a tool that is used to tap into your own subconscious knowledge.
just as when you dowse, the pendulum/rods don't move by themselves, you move them without thinking about it, the same with a board.
the answers you get are the ones you know deep down, even if you don't know that you know.
even when you use them to communicate with a spirit, it's not the spirit moving it, it's you moving it.

Um, no.
that is like comparing an apple to an orange. they are both fruit, they are both sweet, they both have seeds, but an orange indeed does not taste like an apple. a pendulum is held by one person, not by two, and you are limited to your response like an 8 ball.

Heck no! I don't think I can say that loud enough HECK NO! You can't read my mind with a Ouija board, how in the world can you expect to read the mind of an almighty deity. I challenge you to try that and respond back to me with what He said. Sure, God could tell you something on the Ouija board, shoot God could tell you something in a book oh wait a minute He has done that, but you can't read His mind with a Ouija board.

well, if I can read someones mind, and the lord dwells within, then I can obviously read the mind of the creator?
well, as it stands, I actually contacted a grey at area 51 who indeed says he is there voluntarily, to help out mankind. at first I freaked thinking the government had captured him. But, he reassured me that he was there voluntarily, and he indeed missed his own home planet.
now, trust me. I don't go around thinking about 6 ft aliens all the time, so what the heck?
and, as far as I am concerned, we are part of GODS mind
but hey, thanks for the challenge, that was kinda fun!

Ouija boards are like tarot cards or any other form of divination. The board became a game when a game company took a serious tool and made it a game for anyone to use. People think they can harness it's power, but really they are unleashing an unknown power. They are known as devil's boards for a reason.
I read tarot, chart astology, have looked into crystal balls, and chosen runes for divination, but I will not touch an ouija board. People who are sensative to such things will tell you that it is wrong.
You will never get a reading from a God of any religion with the ouija board, I personally would never try.

Indeed I do scry, into crystal balls and water, and even other objects. I also think that Astrology is a pretty fun way of learning about yourself and others. I have also used Nordic runes, but still by far, the Ouija board surpasses them all! the divination powers are no different than the tarot cards, which I read as well.
maybe people don't like them, because with practice, they actually work.
and, as for the devils boards? just a name. after 18 years of practice, I have yet to be possessed, however I have come across spirits who would gladly enter (LOL)
I HAVE found seances to actually be what you may want to avoid, since you are bringing a soul into your temple. When you open yourself up, anything can enter, and calling certain spirits is difficult.
