breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day. a good breakfast provides the nutrients we need to start the day right. since i work a graveyard shift, i have an erratic time of having breakfast.. and most of the time i have fast food's breakfast meal.. i have tried almost their meals from hotcake/pancake, to rice meals. i also have fruits and canned juice.. what do you have for breakfast and do you have it at home or at fast food chains like me?

Today I had peanut butter cookies and oatmeal-butterscotch cookies because they were available and my life is topsy-turvy right now... but usually I have a protien shake or some fruit with yogart. Once in a while I have cereal with almond milk or toast with hummus. And when I'm being really bad I will have hashbrowns (potatoes) or an English muffin or biscuit with cheese and soy bacon.

Unfortunately, I'm not really a morning person because I usually wake up around lunch time already because I sleep really late. But, if ever I do get the chance of having breakfast, I'd prefer the good ol' home meal rather than those in the fastfood chains. It's definitely much healthier and cheaper to eat at home than eat out. I also love bacons & eggs in the morning and I don't think that fastfood chains here offer those.

I always have breakfast, without it I can't function properly throughout the day. I usually have a big bowl of cereal, muesli and a cup of black coffee sets me up for the day and wakes me up. I never skip breakfast and always leave enough time to eat it so I can enjoy it, nothing worse than rushing breakfast.

LOL beware of the cholesterol from those fastfood chains! ^__^;; only on weekdays do i get to eat breakfast on time. since i have to because of work. i usually eat rice. but sometimes i would settle for bread and coffee or champorado if i'm too lazy to go to the canteen and eat. ^__^;; there was a time i had chocolate-coated oreo cookies for breakfast. LOL if its weekends, i eat brunch because i usually wake up late in the morning and i wouldn't feel hungry immediately after waking up. ^__^;; rather, i wouldn't feel the need to eat on time since there's no work.

lol yeah i know! good thing i stopped having my breakfast meals at fastfood chains! i tend to buy real breakfast meals in the nearby "carinderia" eggs or champorado, etc.. and i try to have fruit juice or the fruit itself, then a glass of milk... well also tend to have brunch when i have no work.. too lazy to get up esp if you know you dont have work.. ;)

I dont' really eat breakfast because I end up feeling sick and I throw up. I never got used to eating breakfast so I guess that's how my body reacts to morning food intake. Sometimes me and my boyfriend eat breakfast (he brings me food) but I end up still feeling sick... I don't want it to go to waste, so a couple of TUMS saves his effort!

Hi masterviajero. In my breakfast (at home), I usually eat breads at least three to four pieces with cream cheese fillings. Sometimes, I used to eat rice with fried eggs or cereal corn flakes in the morning. Of course, my breakfast will be incomplete without drinking a cup of hot chocolate or tea. That’s it. Have a nice day and God speed!
