have u used WINDOWS VISTA?

one thing bout vista is that it's more like an economic move rather than a technological one. sure you get "better security" and nice eye-candy but most of those features are already present in many other operating system. some even think that Beryl, an open source #D desktop is way better than Aero in Vista. the eye-candy is good but at the end of the it wouldn't really matter if the desktop looks good as far as productivity goes. i think i'll wait for service pack 1 of vista before seriously trying it out

I have used it but was not all that impressed with it. My sister has it on her laptop so I only used it very little. My hubby who works with computers is not impressed either. He seems to think it is more annoying.
