Just curious...why aren't there many GPT for outside of the US?

I'm new to the GPT and I keep seeing/hearing that there aren't many sites that allow people outside the US to join/participate. Why is that? I'm in the US but I was just wondering.

You know, I've had a lot of people ask me that as well, the only reason I can think of is for tax purposes maybe? If you earn a certain amount doing gpt yearly, i'm sure you'll have to claim it on your taxes, and I'm sure it's a huge headache thinking about w2's for foreign countries, and thigns like that. I can't think of any other reason really. also, I'm not really trying to solicit referralls, so if you aren't interested that's fine, but I have about 22 GPT sites on my blog. www.worksfromhome.blogspot.com Good luck to you in all you do. wmaharper

I never connected it with taxes. You just maybe right. I haven't done any investigating but are there any European GPTs? If they are any they can choose which countries they open up to. Just a thought.... Thanks for your thoughts.
