If you wish to quit your current concern, what will be the reason behind it

For me it would be because the people I work with are not enjoyable to work with. Honestly out of about 9 of them, I only enjoy working with 2 or 3 maybe. But I guess that is just something I will have to deal with, or quit. :) Lol.
