Living with Crohn's Disease

I have started this discussion on people that are currently living with Crohns Disease, I have lived with it all my life and have been through surgery for resection and would like to have a discussion topic to discuss other peoples experiences living with this condition.

I have crohn's as well and I have found that being on a organic diet without too much dairy or fiber has reduce all my symptoms and they only comeback when I eat unhealthy food or get really stressed out. I have not taken any of my medicines for 4 months and feel better than ever.
