Tasty Lentil Tacos This fun and healthy taco recipe was a huge hit with everyone. there is a taco seasoning that is terrific to spice up tacos! it is called taco seasoning. it comes in a pouch, and usually costs 50 cents. and, also if you are in a pinch, and need flavor, without the packet, you can use chili powder, I love that stuff! just add it to your ground beef. if you are having chicken tacos, try the fajitas mix. yummy!

We enjoy little miniture tacos. All you need to do is rake about a pound of hamburger brown up and drain well. Mix in a half cup of salsa and one package of taco seasoning mix. Simmer for about five minutes. Using a small muffin pan place wanton in each spot. You should have enough meat to make about 24. Spoon in the meat mixture until each cup is about two thirds filled. Top with a little shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake in the oven for about five to eight minutes or until the cheese is fully melted. We usually top these with some sour cream, guacamole, and chopped olives.
