have you already tried posting twice the same topic you've post at mylot? well it's no big deal, i just got curious because I've done it accidentally it was the time i getting used to mylot and accidentally post two same topic. i wish mylot have a option where you can delete your post topic in case you post topic twice or wrong..

I did it once on accident and then felt like a complete moron. I'm lazy, and typically don't bother to check for typos and instead immediately hit "post topic." well, that's when it bit me on the..well. rear end. I noticed a massive typo in the subject line, hit stop, fixed it, and then post topic again, and what do you know..there it was, twice. Now accidents are cool. I get irritated by the people that post the same discussion multiple times, just because they can, and think it'll get more responses like that.

yeah i do hate that also, and btw we have the same experienced in posting our topic accidentally. but the only difference is when i tried to upload the photo so it would look nice for someone to read it, but when i just already post it i forgot the detailed and tried to stop and the next thing i know it was there waiting for someone to response. well i hoping that there was a delete option but cant find that so in order to make a it back to it was before i make another and make sure it was perfectly correct with photo's on it. :P

I understand completely. I'm a little more careful about typo's now, and if i forget the photo, well..oops. LOL I do know why we can't delete them though, and that's b/c if we can delete the discussions, it will delete the responses, which would be impossible to keep up with for the mylot people. Now, this is actually just me assuming this is the reason. But i have those discussions from forever ago that i look back and go, man, why can't i delete that again??

hmm.. maybe we can delete the one that has no use. or the one that no one tried to reply but when someone reply to it well i might think to it first before deleting it.

*phew* That hasn't happened to me yet and I'm certainly not looking forward to when it does! Haha. I do wish we could edit our posts though, I can be a bit of a grammar police and I hate it when I find a typo in my replies and can't edit!

I have done this many times and I know it is against mylot policies but they also know that this happens by mistake. Well it's not even our mistake... This happened to me when I start a discussion and also when I answer or comment. It seems that it is a glitch in mylot... Now that I have more experience this problem doesn't happen to me... As for being able to delete our posts on mylot, me too I wish they could add that feature.

thanks for your response, and i can say your right for time passed we learn by our own mistake and for now i tried and make sure that it won't happened again. and maybe we/i can say that this posted discussion would be a good reminders for a lot of mylottians.

It had happen accidently but ididn't find any mean to delete my discussion. as this is also against mylots guidelines. I too feel these should be aprocedure to delete our own discussions.

i think you're right a procedure on how to delete your own discussion for a moment you've post it all wrong. but at least we learn something on how to put or on how to post our own discussion for the first place we have to checked if it's right so the moment later we could have no mistake on posting it.
