Need a Chicken Recipe I saw on TV yesterday!

I had half an ear on TV yesterday, & saw about half of a recipe. The show was Hughies Cooking Adventures on Channel 10 in Australia, so Aussie My Lotters may be in a better position to respond to my query ( or other My Lotters may know of the recipe anyway). I was very interested in this recipe, but didn't quite catch it all. I went to Hughies website, but I have to pay $24.95 for 6 months of viewing his recipes!! Anyway, it consisted of a whole chicken, precooked vegetables (carrots, onion & other ingredients I missed). He did something with the veges.. maybe poured it over the chicken. Then put all this in a large metal pan ? casserole). The top was covered with alfoil, then the actual lid. This was put in the oven for a while (not sure how long). Then the covers were taken off, & it was cooked further. I really need to know of this recipe to cook it properly. For instance, exactly what veges were used? Were they precooked? Were there sauces added? How was this vege mixture added to the chicken? How long was it in the oven with the alfoli & lid on? How long was it cooked with the alfoil & lid off? Or maybe it was just the alfoil that came off? Any ideas on exactly what this recipe is? Thanks.

That's what really annoys me. A lot of TV programs have websites that are free for accessing.

Its a pity that you didnt catch the name of the recipe, then you could look it up on the net, or at least find something similar.
