Any NICE tv shows other than HEROES?

Is there any nice tv shows/series other than HEROES? I prefer new series so that I don't have watch it from season 1, get what I mean? Can you tell me why you like that series/shows and a little bit of the content in the series/shows? Thanks^^

Prison Break is a great show. I'm yet to watch the second season but I've heard that you don't need to watch the first to understand the second season.

CSI (Las Vegas) the show isn't new by any means but I only started watching it about a year ago and I find it really interesting. You only miss out on a little relationship storyline if you start watching the show now. It's fun to try and figure out along with the CSIs what happened in the latest murder. Also, I really enjoy the show House. He is an MD that is uncaring about his patients, yet is still the best diagnostician around. It is very interesting to learn about the very strange and very rare diseases / syndromes that occur on the show.
