Have you tried hits4pay.com?
You'll get 10 bucks right after you sign up and when you've reached $25, this would be zeroed out on the first of each month and the check will be mailed on or before the 15th of the month.
All you have to do is read ads in your internal mailbox when you log into the site and read emails they would send to you.
I just signed up and I wanted to share this to those who are interested.
