Depression hits all! - This is a picture of someone who is alone and suffering from depression. Depression hits everyone in all different ways in differnet stages.
Who hasn't cried their self to sleep at one point or another in their life. I have cried myself to sleep many times, especially about missing people or about various things I cannot change. And also I suffer from depression so that ties into it alot to. I hate crying but I can't seem to stop it either. So I cry myslef to sleep. I don't usually tell people about it because they cannot change things so it is no use telling them. If I am overheard I say nothing is wrong. and leave it at that usually.

Yes, actually, many times I've cried myself TO sleep and have woken up crying and I have no idea how to deal with this sort of pain... since this is about depression, can anyone tell me wheither Zoloft is the right medication for me? I mean, it's really not doing anything, and I'm still crying to sleep and waking up like that.

If you are still crying yourself to sleep and feeling very depressed upon waking it might be time to see you health care professional about changing your depression medication. Depression medication work differently for different people and often you have to try a few different ones before you find the one that works for you.

It happens to me sometimes when i'm feeling so sad about something. It's easy to fall in sleep after i cried, may be because of the tireness for crying to much..

I will be tonight. I have just had a whole heap of people on another forum badmouth me for over an hour and because I was banned from typing ( after defending myself ) it was allowed to continue. I now wish I could just die. Not even my own husband understands the hurt they inflicted. I can't eat, I am not going to be able to sleep now...despite being up since 4am.
