Has anybody read the Amulet of Samarkand or the rest of the Bartimaeus trilogy?

I highly reccomend this entire series to almost anyone who is interested in light fiction. It's humourous, has many interesting twists, has a great pace and makes me smile. If you enjoyed Harry Potter, I'd say that this onw is a great foil to the stereotypes in the Harry potter series. Has anyone else read the books? what did you think? flakmagnet
