Ebay fees?

A picture of Ebay - Ebay picture I got from yahoo images to help me with this discussion. What are your thoughts on ebay fees?

Is it me or did ebay fees drop? I thought it use to take .35 to put up an auction. I went and put some stuff up the past few days and it was only charging me .20 per auction. Have I missed something crazy about this? I for sure thought they would go up. The only thing I can think of that it would drop is because of the postal fees going up. What are your thoughts on this???

Ebay had a special for a short time where the listing fee's had been reduced.

If they've really lowered the fees then that's really good of them, but seeing as it's eBay I'm not sure they'd would! Perhaps it's a promo that's lasting a few days or just a glitch.
