Hi! based on my experience u can tell it through his actions example he always miss u he always want to see u he always want to be with you even if he is too busy or he really make to it that he always communicate with you even if he is very very very busy....but if he does not miss u and he does not communicate with u then one day he is there saying he mis u then again another day he is not talking to u better think twice he does not love u hehehe thats all i can say

Yes he does. I know because he says so. he also shows it. He will always call me and tell me when he is away. He smiles when he sees me. He buys me small surprises to make me happy. He is considerate, nice, helpful and loving to me. If he does not love me he is an excellent actor - and I have seen him act - he was not very good.
