What do you do before going to bed?

Do you clean you face? Do you take a shower? Do you put something on your face before going to bed? Do you ready your bed? Do you say your prayers before sleeping? What do you do before going to bed? I can't go to bed without brushing my teeth. I also put astringent on my face because I feel clean when doing that. For soul enrichment, I always say my prayers.

Sometimes I take a hot shower thinking its going to relax me, so I can fall off to sleep. I brush my teeth, grab a book and read until I fall off to sleep, or I sign into mylot and fill out a few posts, until I find myself nodding off...

Hey don't put yourself to sleep while your hair is still wet. You know what they say, it can cause damage to your head :)

Hi there, I never knew going to bed with wet hair causes damage to your head and just so you know when I shower at night time I never wash my hair... Hair washing for me is done during the day... Thanks for sharing that bit of info, my daughter sometimes dowses off with damp hair

I will brush my teeth and also clean my face before going to bed. Sometimes I will also watch movies for a while from my cellphone. Sometimes I will also talk with my husband. As it's the best time for us. Finally I can fall asleep very soon.

I believe it also helps your relationship with your husband alive by talking to him. It's a nice ritual before going to bed. Keep it up my friend.

I brush and floss my teeth. I am trying to do a better job of making sure I wash my makeup off, I never have done a good job of that. One of my friends told me that her mother would tell her that for every day she didn't wash her make up off before going to bed, it added 3 days to her skin. :) I don't know if that really makes a difference, but I do know it can't hurt to spend a few minutes washing off the makeup at night, I just am lazy sometimes! Especially since I don't wear a lot of makeup.
