Commercials and False Advertising ...

Have you ever noticed that when you watch a commercial it shows you this great product that will take all the stains out of your child's clothes by washing with a certain type of soap , will prepare you this healthy meal in five minutes or will clean your house to the point of everything shining yet when you go out and buy the product you do not get the same results as what they advertise that you will get . Why is this not considered false advertising and why are they able to get away with this ?
