For those of you who went to see the movie this past weekend, did you stay for the extra scene after the credits? If you were not aware, there was an extra scene after the movie that was an interesting tie-in to the plot line and signals some interesting... well, topics, that might arise from the series.
My question is did you see it at all? Did you know about it, or hear about it after the fact. We knew about it and stayed after, but many people left the theaters right after the movie. Only a handful of people really stayed? Did you?

No problem, glad I could help other people who haven't seen the movie yet to know what to watch for. It was relayed to me by a radio station DJ who was talking about it on the air, so it was hard to realize. Hope you enjoy the movie!
Thanks for your response!

I stayed for it. I stayed for it because I reme, bered there are extra scenes after the 1st and 2nd Pirates, so I figured there would be one for the 3rd! And I didn't want to miss it. It was a hummmdinger! =P

You know, that didn't even come into my thoughts before the movie, but I remembered it after someone told me about the extra scene after the third one. I guess it should have registered into my mind.
Thanks for your response!

At the end of the credits for the movie, there is an extra scene (will not describe it for those of you who haven't seen it yet) that explains a bit more of the plot of the movie.

I will have to remember when I try to watch this movie again. I went with the family to the drive-in and my baby just was not going to let us watch it. She cried the whole half hour we were there trying to watch it. Looked okay from what I could tell. Thanks for the info about the extra scene.

yeah, we'd heard about it on the internet from a bunch of the reviews. I was glad that I found out, because I heard a lot of people didn't catch it when they went to see it. It's not vital to the movie, but it's interesting.

I saw the end bit after the credits and was very pleased we did. I didn't know about it in advance and most people left straight after. We were just sat chatting, not bothering to move, and it came up!
I really liked the extra scene - it made the film for me. I was a bit like - nooo, they can't end it like that!! So this extra scene gave me more of the happy ending i wanted!!
I'm trying to get the message round now for people to stay til the end!
It does set things up nicely for a fourth film - i really hope they do one now, as this third one was soooo awesome!!

Hahaha... it's awesome you were able to just stay there for it. I know a lot of people who went through the last parts of the credits and accidentally saw it. I thought it does leave it open... well, with that and the ending with Jack Sparrow... we'll have to wait and see though, the third was epic in terms of length... lol.
Thanks for your response!
