Do you feel happy or honored if you are given a huge responsibility to shoulder?

do you feel happy or honoured if you are give a huge responsibility to shoulder? or do you feel burdened and you usually curse the person who has put you under such pressure?
what is your reaction?
for me, i feel honoured if i am chosen among others and bestowed a difficult responsibility. because that signifies that i am capable of handling situations which others feel strenous or simply cannot withstand them.

I normally would feel honoured. I would normally also feel very pressured and feel as though I needed to do the job well and not to let anyone down. It is a burden in that respect, but one that gives me great satisfaction, at the same time.

Yes. Ofcourse, I feel happy that I have been given some huge responsibility. It shows that someone believes you to their most. But at the time, I also ensure that Im not made a fool of.

It is definitely an honor but be careful since the honor will only be realized if the responsibilities are fulfilled or handled in the appropriate manner. failure to do so may cause your honor not to be recognized anymore. You need to give out the best in you to ensure that the responsibilities given to you are given to the right person. Most of the time it is not easy and yet it is not impossible to do.
