How do you deal when your site content is being copied by someone?

Recently I put my blog at copyscape to check for plagiarism. It intimated me that some articles of my blog were being copied without permission. The date, at which I posted those articles in my blog, the offending sites posted the same just after two days and it confirms me that my articles have been copied. I know, they are intelligent and keep regular watch over my post. I only emailed them politely indicating that I, the original author of the work, was aware their sites have plagiarized me and, requested to remove the articles from their site and blogs. No result.
Do you experience similar problem? How to deal with it?

I'm sorry to hear your trouble with plagiarism Ronimas and I hope you will find a solution soon. I never had this problem since I don't have my own blog yet. I learned something here on your discussion and that is the website where you can check for plagiarism so thanks!
But you know what? I think I have read somewhere that there is something to do to avoid plagiarism of your articles. I think I bookmarked the article because I wanted to read it as I knew I would maybe need it at a certain point after starting my blog. So I will go and try to find it. And I will get back to this discussion and write the information.
