Happy Feet PC Game Problems

I was wondering if anybody has had any problems with it working? It won't work on my PC but thought it was because I have not long upgraded to Vista and have had some problems with a few pc games since then.... A friend has come to me and has the same problem and now has lead me to wonder... All Help is much appreciated, Thank you....
