Yes, I know this game (DDR) has been out for quite a while, but I just got the game for my kids to use while they are sitting inside playing video games. I'm embarrassed to say that my hubby and I have officially kicked them off the dance pad, and took over! It is so much fun! Now, I just have to get a 2nd pad so we can compete.
Have you tried it? What did you think?

I love that game. *Hangs her head in shame* I have done the same thing with kicking my kids off the dance pad. lol I am seriously addicted to it, and can play against either one of my kids or my husband. We always have a blast playing. Not mention it is great exercise as well.

I have never tried it, but I really want to. There was one at a party I went to, but I didn't get the chance to use it. I may even buy one for myself! Lol. Don't be ashamed, because adults need to have fun too!

They are a lot of fun! I went to amazon.com and got mine. I found a used one from a seller through amazon, and got it for a price I couldn't pass up!! In fact, I was visiting the site today, looking for a 2nd mat, so Hubby and I can dance together. (10 years of marriage, it would have to happen sooner or later!)

I SO want to try it!!! Apparently, lots of folks have lost weight using this game as an aerobics program. (you can't just play it regularly -- you have to keep moving between songs and whatnot) I'm trying to talk the hubby into getting me a DDR pad...

Go for it bungirl! Your body will love you for it! I got mine on Amazon.com for a really reasonable price. It had a pad AND the game with it. If you want me to, I'll talk to your DH for you and let him know how much you NEED it! :)

Plus it's a great cardio workout.
Tell the kids you "need" it for your daily exercise routines.

You are so right! Hubby and I went to bed pretty tired last night. We wore ourselves out--and we weren't even playing the difficult stuff!!! HA!
