Do you believe in hands or tongues?

Easy enough to get into, hard enough to get out. Ultimately the borrower ends up paying interest, compound interest and penal interest. What is your opinion.

what is that mean? i don't understand it. if i'm reading ur description it's about.. hyip?? but the tittle... believe in hands or tongues makes me lost here. am i stupid? ukh just explain me more :) thx
