I feed Dravid has been the most consistent batsman over his career in both versions of the game be it one dayers and test matches. And his average of 57+ also highlights that fact.
I feel VVS Laxman, Mathew Hayden, Lara, Inzaman, Jayasuriya could be added to that list as they also have been quite consistent in scoring runs. Though like any batsmen they also have had lean phase but it is been far and few compared to most.

I accept your list of players except two of the fellows. They are Laxman and Surya. I dont think they are consistent. But i defenitely missed Lara and Inzi bhai.
