A Fetus Is Not A Baby!

You know why? Because it's still floating around in a woman's body. Because giving a fetus medical treatment also means giving the woman medical procedures, which aren't treating HER at all (except to fix the damage done getting to the fetus). Because outlawing crack-addicted fetuses is only outlawing weakness in women who don't have the financial, geographical, or religous access to abortion that the law technically allows.

Wow. What a bold discussion and what balls you have! Honestly, when DID you consider the little boy in your avatar picture a "baby" rather than just a fetus that can be tossed out like yesterday's garbage?
Sheesh. Have a heart.

The pertinent point is not whether it is a baby or not but that it is a human and a potential person and as such the law ought to afford it the same protection it affords other humans
all the best urban
