jobs are to earn or for career growth

work is to earn and make money for solving problems or should it be for the career growth. why cant both be possible with everyone

Problem Solutions are what the employer expects from an employee whereas the pay is what the employee expects from an employer. I think pay is more legally binding than problem solutions.

Jobs ideally should be for both, but it usually ends up being for the money. That is why most people are stuck in jobs they really don't care for. That's why I work where I do.

At initial stage carrer growth is much and as u gain experience money will come to u and u would start earning

I know what you mean. There are certain types of industries that promote big money making potential i.e I.T. Accounts and Electronics. The other everday jobs seem to be at the lower end of the scale and even though people want to do these jobs as that is where their interests are they cannot earn the same kind of money. I think unless you are a real fanatic with working in I.T. Accounts or Electronics it will be hard to get both.
