I'm a very emotional person... I cry when I'm happy, and I cry when I'm sad. I cry when I'm hurt and I cry when other people are hurt. I cry when I see a child make a great achievement, whether it be my own or somebody else's. I cry when I see soldiers returning from war to meet up with their kids. Yup... I cry easily! lol.

Naturally I'm a soft emotional person, there were times when I easily get carried away from teary movies that I was watching before. Or even when I'm reading some pitiful story I can't help the pouring of my tears. But when I need to be strong, I can control myself and put some blockage in my eye gland to refrain it from producing salty water.

I am rather sentimental and emotional, but I am unable to cry even during instances of extreme grief. Maybe I can better control breaking down to tears .

Men do have an ability to hide and control their emotions and behave strong at times of difficulty too. I think this is a very respectable quality of men which should be appreciated by all.

I'm a cry baby. I'm always into tears whenever I feel hurt or in pain. I guess it's because I'm very emotional and sensitive. But I don't cry infront of people. I cry alone. I try my very best to control my tears when somebody is around, and once I'm alone, I cry it all out. I guess I'm good at controlling my emotions and can hide my feelings pretty well.

It is good that you can control your tears, but please don't control them too much, if they are giving you pain and causing damange to your health. We cry because God gave us heart of flesh. All this problem would not have started at all if we had heart of stone....lol

I know in India, image of a man is supposed to be strong and manly. From very young age men try to control their emotions and hide their tears which ultimately make them strong. It is nice that you don't cry because when difficult time comes in life, children and women expect support from man of the family, and if man is not strong, the family looses hope. Thanks for reply from strong man......lol

I cry easily... I cry when I am sad or get hurt. Even I cry when I am happy. I cry if someone tells a sad story or watching movies with touching stories. Sometimes I can hide my emotion and not crying, but I will need to cry when I am alone, just to let my feeling come out. I dont understand this but I feel a litle better after crying if I get hurt...

It is very true that when a person cries, his pain becomes less and he feels much lighter and better after that. It is better to cry and reduce your pain rather than hiding it and suffering. What you are doing is right so don't worry. we all are same. Thanks for your reply.

I'm good at hiding my emotions to other people but I burst into tears easily when I'm with someone close to me. (may it be a family member of my bf) I've already shed a lot of tears. Whether I'm sad, angry or hurt, I can cry easily.
