Is your health care provider overweight? Do they smoke?

It is annoying when healthcare providers take on the mantra 'do as i say, not what i do...'
what do you think? Plenty of times have i seen nurses standing outside in the freezing temps just for a smoke...if anyone should know better, don't you think its them?

I've never been in that situation.
Although given the chance I would honestly be very annoyed because they don't know everything. (even if they do think they do)
