how do you fight BOREDOM?

i'll kill myself..lol..guess i have to find another way to kill the time..ill play all by myself or talk to an animal..lol..ill do what tom hanks did in cast away.lol.

I open mylot to avoid boredom.If I were trapped in an island? I will beautify the island, shaved the grass, shaped trees into forms, water all the plants. Make improvised chairs and tables to make it look like you're in a beach or cottage. Actually there are so many things to do when you are in an island. You will never get bored as long as you think of what things to do for a day.l

I would try to find something to do and probably go insane!

Hehehe..certainly i'll go nuts too. Imagine how could u enjoy your time spending it in a small island as size as the helipod. Maybe i could just spend swimming all day and try to catch some fish. In normal days, whenever i get bored i just sleep and if i am tired of sleepig all day, bath for more than one hour, go on internet and public chatroom, on the radio or play some rock music and listen to it.

Hi pelo26, I will go nuts also if I were stranded in an island. There are times when boredom set in. What I do to kill those boring moments is I will start general cleaning the house. I find it very satisfying. Another way is I will start calling friends for a chat over the phone. That will kill the boredom.

Maybe i suggest that you find something that will give meaning to you, look at the sky, find meaning why God create things like this, or if you were trapped, find something which you can you used your mind or can find way to get out wiith this island....hmmm,maybe you should think other things rather than think your bored!

I used to be bored a lot, but now when I am not working I have a lot of other things I like to do. For one thing, mylot is definitely something I have become very involved with! I also love to read, and am very appreciative for time I can get to sit down and read. I am also in to many crafts, such as scrapbooking, stamped cross-stitching, and painting by number, and a few others. Because of these things, and also watching t.v., I am rarely bored!

as for now I have mylot, my small business and sometimes I play or chat online spring is here so garden work, yard sale or spring cleaning keeps me busy if I'm trapped in an island though I will do crazy things like talking to the trees and whales probably argue with them and smack them dig a hole and sleep there, I will die someday so at least this way I'll get used to it no man is an island :)
