A lot of friends i know have High Blood Pressure which doctors would always advise them to stop eating fatty foods. However whenver we do go out, they orders what is fatty.
How can I help them? Why do they keep on eating whats bad for them?

I guess one reason is that they have always loved that food from the very beginning.. It has always been a part of their meal and if we would suddenly instruct them to stop eating those they like I don't think it would make a difference. I mean, if we want to see something change then we would look at it gradually instead of thinking someone to change just at a snap of a finger.. I know it would make us feel good to see them avoid it but there will always be times they just want to have them. I think from what I've learned, people are somewhat a bit hardheaded because when it is something forbidden they even tend to do it more and more even if they know it would be wrong, but not all applies though..
