Pie Irons?

Looking for some new ideas as of what to cook in our pie irons. We use them quite often...here are some things I make in them
-French Toast
-Pie filling and 2 marshmellows between 2 slices of bread
-pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese between 2 slices of bread
-peanut butter and jelly between bread
-egg, cheese and sausage sandwich
Any new ideas anyone?
