so on the 18th i started my period. it wasn't really normal, it was light, and it lasted longer then normal periods for me. this was my 4 period after having my daughter. before i had started i had this feeling i was pregnant, but then i started and i was semi relieved. well after i ended i still kind of had that weird pregnancy feeling, and still do. so this morning i woke up and went pee.. and there was a little blood. it was light in color. its really freaking me out. i plan on going to the store and buying a test when my BF gets home. my period has never been irregular. so its making me worry

After having a baby it can take a while for periods to return to normal but by what you are saying there is every chance that you could be pregnant. Do a test AND book your self an appointment with your doctor just to check you if or if you are not pregnant. Stress as well can do funny things to our menstration cycle so don't be too alarmed.

the test was negative.. ill see if i miss my normal cycle this month, its coming up so ill know soon.. i think the bleeding was from stress, we just moved into a new apartment.. so that was defiantly a lot of stress for me!

You should just get yourself a long to the doctor anyway for some reassurance. They will not think you are wasting there time and would probably rather keep a close eye on you just in case.

You may need to see the doctor, and he/she can perscribe birth control pills. Brith control pills are not just to keep one from getting pregnant but they keep your period regular. I take them to keep regular and they do work. I suggest you do that. It may work out for you.

it takes a while for your boday to straighten out after having a baby, longer than 6 weeks. ive had 2 kids, the youngest is 6 months old and my system is still out of wack. it wouldnt hurt to buy a test, but just keep in mind that you wont be back to "normal" for awhile.

I think you need to see your doctor. Pregnancy does change our body and it takes a while for it to return to normal. If you are bleeding longer than your normal period, then you should check with your doctor. Just to be safe.

The body is never the same after being pregnant so there's no guarantee your periods will ever go back to being regular. You should just ask your Dr what could be causing it but my period was all over the place, 1 day here, longer there, missing a month. It took 8 months or so before my period even came back, after i had my daughter - the strain on the body is HUGE so it does take a while to go back to how it was but i don't think it ever goes back to exactly how it used to be. Try not to worry too much though, there's a good chance your periods will be weird & irregular from now on!

If you're concerned, call your doctor's office and just talk it over with a nurse. After having my daughter (and other pregnancies that didn't work out), my cycles have been odd. The first ones seemed normal and then they changed. Pregnancy changes things and we get to learn about our bodies all over again. Do call your doctor, though.

Even if you take the test I would go to see your doctor. There may be an underlying cause for the unusual bleeding. Better safe then sorry.
