wht to do wen u r sad

wht do u do wen u r sad ..i usually eat..choclates ice cream... is there any better way to deal wid stress, or to deal wid problems widout putting on weight....

Of course there are plenty of healthy way to deal with stress....some says go to the gym, do some fitness, jogging, swimming, or go fo a walk...and many more. As for myself, window shopping is help me when I´m sad. Because then I´ll busy looking at shops instead of thinking about stress. And of course playing with my daughter and watching cartoon movies with her is also quite relieving for me.

Whenever I am down, depressed or sad I take a long bubble bath or go for a walk. It usually makes me feel better to be alone! but sometimes I like to be around others. Sometimes I will just go for a drive in my car and turn the music up loud and just sing or just listen until I am ok then I will go back home and be fine.

When I am sad and feeling down, I pre-occupy myself by doing some art stuff (I am a crafty person and I love to create something with my hands), I watch DVD feel good movies, I sleep, I go to the mall and I shop (the best theraphy of them all LOL:)

I usually eat something too, or avoid eating. The healthier thing I do would be taking a walk, reading a book, taking a bath, calling a friend.
