Do you sleep easily?

i go to bed only when i am a lot tired ,i usually go to bed at 12 night but it can stretch upto one hour i never sleep late than one o clock cause whatever time i sleep i wake up at 6 in the morning,i do not follow any hard time table,just one one that i never wake up late than 6 in the morning.

I am not always a good sleeper. I have had to focus on better sleeping habits for years.
I have tried meditation,, herbal tablets, going to bed at different times... you name it & I have tried it.
At the moment, I am not too bad. If I go to bed at a regular hour, & not nap during the day, I can fall asleep.
About 10.30pm or 11.00 is a good time for me. I may go to bed earlier if I have been up at 4.00 am taking my daughter to swimming.

I am usually tired about the same time - which is 12 or 12:30 a.m. I generally wake up without an alarm between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. If I need to wake up earlier - I set the alarm clock, but I don't like to wake up to the sound of an alarm.

My sleeping habits are out of whack at the moment. I use to be able to go to bed around 9-9.30ish but lately its been after midnight sometimes later than that. Ever since my hubby when overseas i haven't been able to sleep well and find myself tired during the day. Now that he is back i can't seem to get back to my usual sleeping time :(

I guess I have a routine not a time table I come home from work sit down on here for about half hour then go to bed. I work nights most of the time it dosent take long for me to nod off.

I go to sleep when i'm tired, I try to get to bed before 10pm though. I think that its bettter that way, because we get up at like 5am every morning.

I sleep very easily. I usually go to sleep very late (2-3AM) so when I finally hit the bed I'm usually asleep within 5-10 minutes. I also go to sleep with music on which I love, and I find it helps me go to sleep easier. I'm so used to that to the point where I might roll around the bed for about 20 minutes if I don't have something playing. Heheh.
