I was reading some news articles online a few moments ago and ran across this new scam. People are using puppies as a way to scam people out of hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.

It down right amazes me on what some people will do to get people to send them money. And like fools, many fall victim. I say fools, because so many have fallen victim to this scammers. Not once have I, because I take the time to get to know the company. I find out who else has purchased from this company or individual and hear what they have to say. Than I will make my decision.
This right here is the absolute reason, why it is so hard to trust anything today, which makes it hard on those that are trying to make a living on their own in a law abiding fashion. It sickens me to know that it's because of these idiots that scam people for all that they are worth, that self employed (law abiding) individuals have to work that much harder to make an honest buck. I personally don't mind the extra work, but it really is cutting away from the time that I do have to spend with my family.
Ok so maybe I just turned this posting into a form of venting, but really it makes me angry beyond all reasonable doubt. Ok, so I really don't have to do that extra work, but if I want to keep paying my share of the bills I have to. And by golly, it's not gonna be because of scammers, making life rough for others, that I give up on my business, it will be because I'm buried six feet under ground.
What are your views on scammers? Let it out, but keep it civil.

What is it with Nigeria and scams! I know there are other countries also into scamming but it seems that Nigeria is on the news a lot. It seems they con lonely and unhappy people who are the most vulnerable and do not research everything before it costs them a lot of money. I will not even pay one dollar without checking up on the source.

I have noticed that Nigeria is famous for these sort of scams. Although I think some may be originating from other areas, just using Nigeria as a hide behind.
People will learn one of these days. Well at least I hope.

I have no clue why some people think it's necessary to scam others. Though it is true money has corrupted the world, and some people will do just about anything to get their hands on it.
Unfortunately the way the world is today, we have to have money to keep a roof over our head, food on the table, and to support our families. It's a shame really how dependent we have become on so many materialistic things.

oh, these scammers. when will they ever stop or, at least, where. they are everywhere at the internet and outside of it. outside of the internet we call them swindlers. i have fallen victim into the hands of these people for many times already. it is already bad that they have been scamming us many ways. it is unthinkable that now they are scamming using puppies, at taht. how i wish that authorities will be able to find a way to be able to pinpoint these guys and punish them severely so they will stop at last.

Same here. I wish there was something that could be done, but like those that deal online, sometimes it hard to track them down. Since many change their IP address constantly just so there exact whereabouts can't be found.
It's about to drive me insane. It keeps me wondering what someone will think of next to swindle someone out of their money.

That's horrible, having someone get their hopes up, all excited by the new puppy they are going to get. Besides making a hole in their pockets also a hole in their hearts,. especially when there are children involved expecting the little puppies... I'd sure feel horrible if that happened to me. It must surely traumatize the people especially the children that get mixed up in that! Some people can be so heartless sometimes! I really wouldn't be able to lie with myself if I had to hurt people deeply for some stupid $$$.

I couldn't live with myself either if the only way I could make money was to have to hurt someone to get it. I would be definately looking for an alternate means of getting said money if I was really that in need of money. I don't see scamming people out of their hard earned money as any real beneficial way of getting money. Cause once found out who they are, it could very well mean a life in prison.
