Do you excercise on a regular basis?

I go to karate twice a week.I'm not trying to be like Bruce Lee or anything but it helps me mentally and physically.I've also found it beneficial to my health.

I Try to do something everyday, whether it's just a nice walk around the neighborhood or actually going to the gym to get a decent work out in. It really relaxes me mentally and gets my body working.

I used to go walking every day before work and it really helped to clear out my head.

I do like to keep myself fit and for that I regularly exercise. Its not a fixed routine kind of exercise that I am into, but simple strach and little bit of power sequences. At least this should be done by everyone to keep them selfs healthy.

I do yoga and deep breath every day in the morning which helps to improve the blood circulation and detoxification.I'm not use to an agressive physical excercises such as aerobic,and others sports.

I don't do the typical exercise regime. I do own a Beagle, Buster, and I take him for about a 30 minute walk daily. Sometimes 2 times a day. So I get my exercise there as one way. When the weather is nice the wife & I will ride our bikes for about an hour. Now that's some real exercising there on the hills where she likes to ride. Ugghh! Haha! I walk my dogs regularly, they need two hours exercise several times a week, they are very active. Sometimes I ride my bike and occasionally I go swimming. Most important for me is to walk my dogs long ways in any weather. I clear my head, never catch a cold and meet people outdoors I can talk to. This is good for my body and my mind and my dogs are grateful.
