If you were charged in a misdemeanor crime you did not commit....

would you plead guilty, just so that you wouldn't have the fines that the court can rack up? or would you fight your plea of not guilty to the very end, even if it cost you everything, and you would never get it back?

If i did not commit a crime i am not pleading guilty of anything. If it cost me everything then thats whats up.I cant let them get away just like that and plus it would be on my record which is clean right away.No way i would.
