Are you a morning or evening person?

I'm usually a morning person, I'd like being early than staying up late. We all know health issues concerning staying up late and I've been able to work at night shifts, I guess I don't want to go back there again.

I'm an evening person. It's really hard for me to get up early in the morning, even if I got to bed rather early. I always get up at 11 in the morning. And I'd like to do something that needs thinking after 9 o'clock in the evening. I know that sleeping early and getting up early are good habits for health, but I just can't get up in the early morning. Even though I do get up early, my mind seems not be able to consentrate in the morning.

I am far more of a morning person than an evening person. Whatever time I go to bed in the evening I will wake up reasonably early. It gives me a headache to sleep in beyond 9 in the morning. If I have friends to stay that sleep in until mid day I feel I they miss out on the best part of the day. I feel alert in the morning and sleepy in the late evening. I would hate to work nights. If get up at 5 or 6 in the morning I feel happy about this. If I get up at 7 of 8 in the morning this is also very good.

I was just thinking about this on my drive to work this morning. I like to clean in the morning and do paperwork in the evening. I used to love staying up real late but now I have a baby and a job which requires me to commute an hour and a half each way. So, staying up past 10:30 just doesn't happen much anymmore. So, I guess I would have to say I enjoy staying up late but am forced to try to be a morning person on a regular basis.
