It is better to hand over to the police .I know my self very well if i get an unnecessary money which is not hard earned surely i am going to spend that unnecessarily .Only the hard earned money will value to us .i think most of the people will spend it unnecessarily.it may be hard earned money of someother people and they might have kept it for some other important function intheir life better to give to that person after finding him.if we give to the police one advantage is that they may publish our name in news paper and we become famous .how is that .hi.hi
