Here is another recipe that I make when I make my soap to sell. I hope that you will enjoy it. What you need: 2 smaller molds for the chunks. 3 oz rectangular soap mold for the finished soap bar Making the chunks: cup up and melt 3 oz of white glycerin soap base. Divide the melted soap base into two containers. Use red and yellow liquid colorant to color one half orange and the other one yellow. Mold in the 2 small soap molds. Let harden. Unmold and slice into small pieces. Place the pieces in the 3 oa rectangular mold. Place in the freezer to chill. Making the bar: cut up and melt 3 oz of clear glycerin soap base ADD: 5 drops cinnamon fragrance oil 5 drops ginger fragrance oil 5 drops red liquid colorant Mix in the additives. Remove the mold from freezer and pour the red melted clear soap base over the chilled colored pieces. Let harden. Remove from the mold and package as desired. I hope that you enjoy this one. Get creative with the colors and scents. Thanks for looking at this. Please click on the picture to see the benefits of this soap.

I love that color orange. I bet you made it yourself! I can't wait to start making my own soap! But to start I will need to get my molds and my ingredients. I will have to make a list of the ingredients that I need and then do a search online and also visit local stores to see where I can get them for a reasonable price. Then I will be on my way to make my own soap. I am very happy that I found you on mylot. I was looking for someone who makes their own soap a long time ago. Thank you for sharing this with us. I hope that you will post your soap pictures as well as your bubble baths and candles that you make here on mylot from time to time. I'm going to give you a big plus rating for the picture because I love it. Thank you for posting this recipe gewcew!

I just saw the lovely image. It looks like the soap has orange skin inside? I'm sure it smells very good!

What is inside the soap is other soap. YOu make it and then pour the main soap over it. THanks for the response. I am glad that you like it.

Great recipe. We had actually purchased a "fire scent" in a set of Elements scents (fire, earth, water, air, metal). I like that yours has ginger. Do you have any problem with your fire scent and people with sensitive skin?

I really like the way this soap looks, and I bet it smells great too. I have added this recipe to my collection too so that I can try it along with the others. I don't know where to start.
