I think you should consult your doctor if you are frequently having back problems. Back in High School I often had back problems. I didn't know that time that I was developing scoliosis. I only found out that I have an acute scoliosis when I undergo X-Ray for College admission. Unfortunately there is no cure exept for braces. So whenever my back hurts I do stretching. Some people told me that laying flat on the ground and lifting your feet will help ease the pain.

No problem. I would like to share my views regarding this issue. I am experiencing back problems. Sometimes the pain is excruciating. I don't want people feeling the same pain like I am.

I used to have back pains from sitting for too long in front of the computer. I used to take over the counter medicine, until my friend introduced me this bio magnetic bracelets from amegaglobal. Now the pains are gone.

I treat back pain with aspinin and a muscle pain cream like Ben Gay or Aspercream or Icy Hot.

Lay on the floor with your legs propt up on a chair to your knees. Lay like this for about 15 minutes at a time, and that should help with your back pain.

I use a heat pack and nurofen which is ibroprofen (sp?) and helps with muscle pain and is an over the counter medication but if you are having serious problems I would suggest going to see a doctor or a physiotherapist

well, we have the same prob when it comes to back pains.i experienced that everytime i worked hard like too much writing activity and sitting down...one fast remedy is roll a massage ball at your back.If somebody could that, much better. But if there's nobody, just stand at your back on the wall where the ball is placed in between then slowly move it. you know it helps a lot... if there'll be more time, call somebody for a treat massage.goodluck dear

I think if you are getting backpains firstly do check out you sitting posture and improve it if needed. You should not sit with a bent back which is a common problem among many people. you can also practise yoga which helps in curing these problems.

Because of a bad posture my back pains so often. I just try to sit straight, but still I slouch and then same old back pain. I love lying in bed wit no pillow coz it somehow helps. You can also try hot bag to revive the circulation of the blood in that area.

Hello rangics. I have had a few times when I had a pain in the back. It is caused by my sitting too long and sometimes it is due to the cold weather. So when this happens to me, I usually go to sleep and it will be gone the next day or in another more day. I am sorry for the experience you have had. I hope that you are ok now with the back pain, friend.

That must really feel excruciating, rangics.
Happily, I chanced upon some websites, which could perhaps remedy your back pains.
If you could, just kindly check these out:

When you lift a heavy object be sure to lift with your legs and not your back. Many back injuries are caused by not lifting correctly. Exercise will help to make your back stronger. Don't do too much too fast, though, or you can hurt yourself.
