If I ran the world I would have every meeting start with hugs and handholding.
I would ASK not tell others for help with money and time to assist others less fortunate.
To run for office each person would be allowed to present their plans and no campaigning because right now you have to be rich or have rich backers to run for office.I do not think that is a good requirement! I think that the guy/gal that works their butt off every day and skimps and saves for their things might be a much better person to run a country.
I believe that people basicly all have some good qualities and if the rewards are handed out for lending a hand maybe more of that would go on.We need to turn it around so that it would be important to do the most for others instead of seeing what the most you can get away with doing to others!
Right now our government(USA) is trying to force some countries to adher to certain standards.When I run the world no countries will be allowed to be bulling others.I don't know about you but I will kiss the moon or try to if you ask me nicely....but when you try to push me and force feed me I won't swallow!
When someone tries to make you do something you feel like they think you can not do it without them telling you...it makes you feel stupid!
What would be wrong with each person just doing their best at whatever they can do.What makes a lawyer or doctor a better person then the man that digs a ditch.We are all equal but in different ways.Every person has their specialities..things that they do well and are important things to have done.If we started placing value on each person as a human instead of their bank account or office or profession we might see what wonderful people we live around.
We are all be citizens of the same world and in this aspect we are brothers and sisters.I wonder if we'll ever act like it?
So what happens when you run the world.

WOW i CANT wait for you to RULE the world and i hope it really happens! there would be so much peace and love and happiness around. Also in case you get to rule the world i hope you can make some 'rules' in mylot as well :) like no posting discussions insulting somebody's religion etc etc! i have come across a few i hope you dont mind that! Also please ban cutting down of trees ...in my own lane despite all our best efforts we lost two trees! and the birds are left homeless now :( i think that will also take care of global warming! and yes let me stop here or i think i will sacre you off and we will NEVER get to see the beautifual day when the 'value' of a man is valued b'cos he is a 'man' ok if i will change it to 'human' just to be politically correct !!

I can't wait til it's you running the world Mom - it sounds like heaven! I couldn't make the world a better place than you have done apart from one thing I know you would too - that is to make sure all the children of the world are fed and clothed and to ensure they are loved, protected and cherished , all the things a child needs to be to ensure they are safe and have the best possible start in life! If I ran the World there would be no hate
There would be no bullying among People, everyone would have the same amount of Money, there would be no rich and poor. Children would not be starving, Children would only know Love and not hate, Animals would only know love and not ill treatments, There would be no religious Arguments, fights, brain washing and Wars. Everybody would have the same standard of living and not one has a House and the other a Shed. There would Peace and Tranquility in the World

Hi raydene. I think the most fundamental purpose we all must think about this world is peace and contentment. The true purpose of our life is all about giving. Helping the less unfortunate ones and expect nothing in return. We have already seen a lot of horrible things going around. I don't think I will ever see the end of it. I can only run this world correctly and properly if we all have the unity and cooperation.

if i ran the world:
- punk music would be the only kind of music accepted
- pepsi would no longer exist and coke would have a palace for their offices :)
- no more shiny, sparkling, ugly clothes
- no more clothes to fit only skinny dudettes
- no more american idiots
- peace in iraq and all over .. everyone would get their share
- low prices for train tickets
- more university accepted people but after harder tests
- every homeless dog would get an owner...
and i do belive i have more ideas but they just don't come to my mind right now :)

They are not Idiots and do not bring your Hate to this Site
Most of my Friends are Americans and they are the loveliest People I have ever known so please do not insult them and I think you owe People an apology on here specially the Lady who wrote this

Well Liana I don't think you have taken this discussion in the vein that it was intended - this was a serious discussion about things that could be improved in this world - how we would like to see the world! It was written by an American woman who is one of the nicest, kindest, most caring people in the world who would do anything to help anyone who needed it! I think you show your own ignorance and intelligence level when you brand all Americans as stupid and feel that you have been very thoughtless and insulting with this response! Perhaps you would like to re- read what you have actually written in this response and consider how you would feel if someone branded all Romanians in a negative and derogatory way? I think an apology is due here!
