Anyone heard of or have Pseudotumor Cerebri?

My eyes are blue and really light sensitive and sometimes they water when I watch TV too long or when I go to the movie theater. I am not a doctor, but does it happen when you are sleepy and have been sitting in front of the computer till the wee hours in the morning. You just said you were sleepy and were going to go to bed.
