Taking a survey. How many of you have a Tivo? If so what style is it? Do you find it easier to use than say a V.C.R. or a D.V.D. recorder?

I don't have tivo, never had it. I don't intend to get it either, i find it nice to just watch television and pay attention to it lol.

I don't have one and i'm not to sure what they are all about. I think you can record programs like a VCR or DVD recorder but i'm not intirely sure.

They are excellant, I have two of them. You can watch the same show that you are recording, you can pause it and continue later, without messing up the recording. I recommend it highly. Thank you for your response! Peace!

I have tivo and I love it. I have the one that you can only record one show at a time. I love turning it one and finding out what shows it recorded for me. It's fun. Kinda like a game. I don't know how I survived without it.

Hi tep91005, I have two of them, I plan on getting another. They are so addictive, I can record all my shows. Lately I have been burning the movies from the movie channels to DVD's. Now I can do two movies at the same time and watch something else. It is great! Peace, Totty

It's fantastic. We only get the series 1 in the UK and I've been using it for years. Its very intuitive and I never watch live TV anymore. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
