loose weight

there is a book called burn the fat feed the muscle, it is available for around $40on the net but it is avilable for 70% discount on a site. It is internet's highest selling e-book on fitness. if you want i can give u the link

If you are eating when you are not hungry, you need to find something else to do like a hobby - for example reading, writing, drawing - to help keep you occupied. Change what you eat. Reduce the fried foods, processed food, caffinated beverages, and replace them with water, fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains and prepare your own meals instead of eating out. Start off slow. What kind fo exercise do you like to do? You can start off with small things - taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work, parking further away from stores - then progress into walking a few miles a week, streching, working out with light weights to scuplt your body. Can you afford to pay the monthly fee at a gym? If so, you may want to check out the ones in your area. There are specalty gyms for women that will create a workout plan as well as help you with your diet plan.
