Google cancel my adsense account, How can I do?

I got the google email that it will cancel my adsense account. It said I have another account that was banned. Acually, I really have the account before. but It is just for test. But for the new account that I have already follow any google definition. I feel upset. I really wish to have a google adsense account how can I do? And what will I have to notice?
