There's this guy I see almost every morning in the intersection in front of my work. He walks from streetcorner to streetcorner, stopping to dance for a minute or two in front of every one. When he's finished visiting all 4 streetcorners, he leaves. It's not the only intersection he stops at, though. He has about 4 or 5 more busy ones he hits in the section of Edmonton I live in. I've seen him on a corner by West Edmonton Mall a few times, too. He always brightens up everyone's morning at work -- we love seeing dancing guy, and he gets quite the reaction for people in vehicle's, too. They stop to honk at him, they wave, they cheer. He's got quite a fan base. One of the local news stations did a segment on him, too. You can view the youtube clip at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WDdK6tmxJxw if you're interested. You can tell he's a little nervous because he's not giving it as much as he usually does when we see him. Today I logged into Facebook and discovered HE HAS A FAN CLUB! :) Someone actually started a fan club for the '178th Street Dancing Guy' (his busiest intersection, the one near West Edmonton Mall) and it has over 2000 members! :) That's over 2000 people that one guy made happy just by dancing to the music on his MP3 player on streetcorners. :) Small things do make a difference.

Small things do make a difference good for him. Is he a homeless guy? Whatever his position, I hope this helps him since he helps others in ways he isn't even aware of.

I don't think he's homeless. He doesn't look it and there aren't many homeless people living in the Westend of this city since it's the Westend that attracts tourists because of the mall.
