Do You Like Your Next-door Neighbors?

My next door neighbours are really noisy, each time they are having a look whats happening at my place and if there is any party or i have invited some friends at my place; they would stand on the road and try to find out whats happening hahaha I really dont like my neighbour... and also they do lots of noise; they are always shouting or quarelling; thats really annoying!
