What do you think about childcare????

Every one in the world would love the child. What do you think about the childcare. According to me a child has to be taken special care. A child doesn't open his/her mouth and tell what had happened we have to know what for she is crying. We should not keep things like knife, medicine, small balls which will enter the mouth easily, coins etc. we have to give toys which are big so that the child doesn't swollow or eat it. Every seconds of a child has to bee watched. So i feel that child care is important concept. They teach all the things which child can easily understand.

Hhhmmm...I too HATE the whole daycare issue, but because of a long story, I am forced to work there Mondays thru Fridays. If I even THINK of taking a day off, I catch hell from my hubby and get taken for a major guilt trip.
The daycare I work at (with no pay) is a state run facility and we have to adhear to very strict standards. Trust me, if there is so much a hair on the floor, we have to clean it up. With this, there has to be 5 children to one adult and we have to position ourselves to see every single child at all times.
