Best Chocolate Cake Ever

The best chocolate cake I've tasted so far is the one from a local bakery here. They use ganache icing and the cake is very moist as they use high class chocolate. They even place almost in between the two cakes together with a rich chocolate fudge. Really great. Been trying to perfect this recipe. Almost but not yet.

I love chocolate cake. Most of the time when I make it, I use cocoa, and I have to learn how to make the ganache icing. I heard that they use it on the Food Network shows. We have a bulk store in our neighborhood where you can get slabs of chocolate, and 50 percent cacao filled chocolate chips, so I might be able to duplicate it as well. I wonder if they use bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate or whether in the chip form or the slab form or whether that makes a difference.
